Same table, different targets
We're building Forkpals because we cook, shop and eat together but have different goals.
Most planners give your household one calorie target. So one of you eats too much, the other too little, or you both end up weighing and logging every plate by hand. Cooking two different dinners isn't the answer either.
How it works
Set your own goals.
Each person gets their own account, calories and macros. Join a household with a link.
Plan the week together.
Pick meals from your own recipes. Forkpals suggests each person's portion, like 1x for you and 0.8x for your partner.
Shop and cook once.
One grocery list for the whole household. Cook one pot, serve everyone their share.

Built around the shared meal
Portions sized to each person.
Same recipe, different amounts, each one fitting that person's targets.
One grocery list for the house.
Grouped by aisle, ticked off together in real time, and it still opens without signal.
Your recipes, your macros.
Add your own recipes or import one from a link. Macros are summed from the ingredients.
See who eats what this week.
A weekly overview for every person, with everyone's progress at a glance.
Reuse your best weeks.
Save a week as a template and apply it to the household or just to yourself.
Track the extras fast.
Log a snack in a few taps, by search or barcode. It counts toward your day.
Planned after launch: a plan generator that fills your week from your own recipes to fit everyone's targets, and a batch-cooking schedule for cooking several meals in one session.
Join early, pay less

When does it launch?
We're building it now. Waitlist members get early access first and hear the launch date before anyone else.
Does it work if I cook just for myself?
Yes. Forkpals works fine solo, without any household features in your way. Add someone later whenever you like.
How many people can share a household?
Up to 6. Each person has their own login and their own goals.
Can my partner see my weight and targets?
Only if you choose to share them. Your targets stay private by default.
Which devices does it run on?
iPhone, Android and the web, synced across all of them.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in the EU. No ads, no trackers, and you can export or delete your data at any time.
I used Mealime. Can I bring my recipes?
You can import recipes from a link on most recipe sites, so you can rebuild your favourites in a few minutes.
Will I have to pay?
There will be a free plan. Paid plans start with a free trial, no card needed, and you can cancel anytime.
