Who we are

Forkpals is made by a small independent team.Questions about your data: hello@forkpals.com.

What we collect

• Your email address, if you join the waitlist. We use it only to tell you about early access, the launch and founding prices. You first confirm your address through a link we email you.Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Server logs. Our host, Cloudflare Pages, keeps short-lived technical logs, including IP addresses, to keep the site secure.

What we don't do

• No tracking or advertising cookies.
• No selling or sharing your data with advertisers.
• No third-party fonts or scripts: fonts are served from our own site.

Why we may use it

We email you because you asked us to (your consent). You can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us; we then delete your address.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. If you think we handle it wrongly, you can complain to your data protection authority; in the Netherlands that is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
